From top to bottom, to down below….

Take your showers as your grow

Stay healthy & clean

Changes those clothes!

Start with your hair,

Lather up!

Wash the dirt out,

Freshen up!

Its called shampoo

And condition-ner

Its for everyone

Him and her

Then scrub that face!

Make it clean!

We don’t want acne,

 Just a glean.

Use the paste

to brush your teeth

Minty & fresh

is what you need

A bright clean smile

Will be seen for miles!

Wash those hands

Send germs away!

Cover your mouth,

Please don’t spray! (achew!!!)

Now armpits are a special thing

Sweat when you work

What  smells they bring!

Please don’t offend

 the friends you´re with

Use deodorant

Please stay fresh!

Change your clothes

if you sweat

shoes and socks

too can be washed!

Make a friend

With your soap

With fresh clean smells

 your friends´ll

think your dope (cool!)

Overalls are a must

Keeping our clothes free of dust!

Uniforms are to be tidy

Accept at 3:11

On Friday

This is our rhyme

To stay happy and clean

Everyday we´ll see the sheen

We´ll be happy at school

The smells will be nice
